Анета Недялкова е магистър по икономика, специалност маркетинг и търговия. Завършила е френска гимназия с втори език английски в гр. Варна, „Икономически университет”-Варна, специализирала е във Франция в областта на развитието на нови търговски марки на чужди пазари, както и ПР в M3College-София. Работи 2 години в Радио Варна като сътрудник репортер към отдел „Икономика”, след което е приета за асистент-преподавател специалност „Маркетинг и търговия” към „Икономически университет”-Варна. Желанието за повече практическа дейност я отвежда в Българска франчайз асоциация, където в продължение на 5 години е бизнес консултант „Развитие на чужди марки на българския пазар”. По това време е поканена от State University of New York, College at Brockport, Department of Business Administration and Economics като единствен автор от България по повод издаването на първата книга посветена на развитието на франчайзинга в Източна и Централна Европа. Като потомствен франкофон Анета Недялкова си избира и работни места свързани с преки връзки с Франция: работи като Директор на „Алианс франсез”-Варна, а по-късно и като Директор Маркетинг и връзки с обществеността на френско-българската фирма Лагард ООД. През 2007 г. създава своя компания за комуникации и маркетинг, чиято основна дейност е свързана с предоставяне на услуги в областта на корпоративния ПР и събитийния мениджмънт. От пролетта на 2010 г. е преподавател по комуникации в Института по туризъм във Варна и член на българската работна група към БДС за създаване на ISO в областта на събитийния мениджмънт.
Boris Nemec, M.Sc. bachelor degree in Physics and master's in Economics. In 1997 he joined Slovenian gaming giant HIT Slovenia, dealing with strategic studies in gaming, entertainment and tourism industry. He is IMGL and EASG member and for many years he represented Slovenian gaming industry in ECA. Member of strategic team at Ministry for Finance to prepare new Gaming Law to support generate big tourist gaming resorts in Slovenia. He took active part in working with leading universities and institutes dealing with gaming tourism industry issues. Recently he retired from Hit and act as an independent consultant for gaming industry.

Has diploma of engineer for automation in railway field and diploma in Management at the Open University School-U.K. Experience in gaming sector: Starting his work immediately after revolution, in 1990, with service and maintenance for Novomatic gaming machines. Establishes joint-venture with Novomatic from 1992 till 2000 and operates machines all over country. In 1994 he is starting the operation in Bingo sector, trained by Vaprel-Spain operating more bingo halls. From 2000, taking part in London shows-ICE, ATEI- and contacting most of the major producers for operating their machines. Since 2004 starting the cooperation with Stella actual Merkur Gaming-Germany and operates and distributes their video-slot machines. He is a founder member of the Romanian Gaming Association of Organizers and Producers (AOPJNR) in 1995. He is also directly involved in the project and adoption of the actual gaming law in Romania. From 2001 elected as a Vice-president and from 2007 Executive President of AOPJNR.
Danko Vojnovic, lawyer age 48 was born in Djakovc, Croatia, Europe. Lived and went to school in Osijek where finished faculty of law. Since 1985 worked in public service (police department/ criminality police). He also worked in Ministry of Foreign Affairs – diplomatic service as a counsel (diplomat – first secretary of Embassy) in Slovak Republic, Serbia and Montenegro. Consular economic and cultural duties. He is a founder and Secretary of Croatian Automat Club Association and Expert of Croatian Gambling law.
Mr. Telkaemper is a Business Development Manager for GLI Europe BV in the Hillegom, The Netherlands office. As a part of the GLI Development Team he is responsible for Spain, Germany and other countries in the Southeast and Southwest of Europe. In this capacity, Mr. Telkaemper both helps regulators navigate the regulatory waters with expert advice and works closely with manufacturers to get their technical approvals for global gaming markets. Mr. Telkaemper has been active in technical, commercial and operational aspects of well known brands in the European casino industry for the past 13 years.

A lawyer at the Brussels bar since 1991, Jan Decorte has specialized in corporate law, mainly M&A and investment projects. He is also a “Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales” since 1998, which allowed him to practice in London and acquire an in-depth knowledge of Anglo-Saxon business law.
For many years now, Jan has developed a special interest in the media with special focus on Technologies Media & Telecommunication (TMT). He has acquired an extensive knowledge of this sector and is often required by several major actors to assist them in larger TMT projects (mainly cross border transactions and investment projects). Since 2008, he has also been very active in the specific sector of online gaming, gambling and betting in which he closely follows-up the recent evolutions in legislation and case law on European and Belgian level for several international clients and associations.
His established practice combined with an excellent knowledge of the sector allows him to give his clients comprehensive counsel that covers their various needs. Jennifer Shatley is the Vice President of Responsible Gaming Policies and Compliance for Harrah's Entertainment, the largest U.S. casino operator. Her duties include implementation and administration of the company's responsible gaming programs, as well as development of employee training and information technology to support the responsible gaming policy. She has been in this role since 2001. She has been with Harrah’s since 1997 and was previously the Senior Manager of Market Research. In addition to her role at Harrah’s, she serves on the board of directors of the National Center for Responsible Gaming, as the Treasurer for the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling, and on the Nevada Governor’s Problem Gambling Advisory Committee, serving as the Chair for the Sub-Committee on Problem Gambling Prevention. She earned a B.A. in English from Christian Brothers University, an M.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee, and attended law school at Louisiana State University.
Joseph Weinert has been analyzing the gaming industry for 13 years. He researches and writes economic, international and regulatory studies for private- and public-sector clients worldwide. Lou Rudolph has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the gaming and amusement industries. Rudolph has worked as an Operator, Distributor and with various manufacturing companies. He currently works and lives in Germany as acting Sales Director for JCM.
Lyubov V. Loginova has graduated Lomonossov Moscow State University with a specialization „Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics“. At present Ms. Loginova is CEO of ALSART group, which is the leading Russian company in lottery and entertaining sphere and distribution of online games.Before foundation of her own company, she had managed LLC „Unicum CIS“ and previously she had been emplyed as CEO of closed joint-stock company „SmartGames“ where she had started her carrier as a Commercial Director. Ms. Loginova is the author of a set of publications devoted to gambling business and leading expert in the sphere. In 2009 she was put on the 25 People To Watch, the Top 25 the most influential figures of gambling business in the the world (according the Global Gaming Business Magazine).
Mirjana Acimovic was born in 1962. She graduated in The Faculty of Dramatic Arts - institution of higher education in theatre, film, radio and television in Serbia. And post graduated in Petrograd. Working experience: JAT- Yugoslav Aero Transport, BORBA – Yugoslavian leading newspaper in Serbia, INEX Inter – export Company, DIL Engineering, VIACOM Electronic. She worked as manager, journalist, export-import operator etc. Since 1992 as general manager in FUN CASINO. Since 2005 president of JAKTA -Association of gaming organizers, authorized technicians and producers of gaming equipment. She is fluent in English, France and Russian.

Momtchil Monov is an associate based in the Brussels office of Ulys Law Firm. Mr. Monov’s practice focuses on Gambling law, EU and Belgian Competition law, EU Internal Market law and E-communications law. He obtained an LL.M. degree in Advanced European Legal Studies, cum laude, from the College of Europe (Bruges) in 2008. Nadege Treysedre has joined WMS in 2007 and has since then been responsible for serving Portugal and the Mediterranean Countries with special focus on the development of Bulgaria and the Balkan Countries.
After finishing his studies as BA Marketing with International Business and MSc in Management at Cass Business School in London, he took a full time position at AK GAMES. It was the same time when OSIPE became a member of EUROMAT. Supported by the other members of the association they all worked together to become members of EUROMAT. The turbulent changes on the Greek market that followed, as well as on the economic and the political field, brought rapid changes but no stable environment for the business. Mr. Kallinikidis responsibilities together with the President and the other members of OSIPE are to work out and see how the Greek market could operate smoothly for all parties involved.

Robert W. Stocker II is a Chair of the Gaming Law Committee of the American Bar Association, the Immediate Past President of the International Masters of Gaming Law, and Member of Dickinson Wright PLLC in Lansing, Michigan. He has an international practice in gaming, regulatory, corporate and alternative insurance programs law. He is an adjunct professor at Cooley Law School, where he teaches gaming law, business planning and business organizations and received an award for excellence in teaching. Stocker has been listed in Chambers Global, Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers for his gaming law expertise.
