She is a graduate of French Language School in Varna, with second language English. She continues her education in the University of economics in Varna - Trade and Marketing. Specializes in France in the field of franchising and development of foreign trade brands and further develops her knowledge in PR in M3College in Sofia. Two years works in radio Varna as an assistant journalist for the “Economy” department. Then she works as an assistant- lecturer of the subject Trade and Marketing. Her desire for improvement brought her to Bulgarian Franchise Association, where for five years she was working as a business consultant. Meanwhile she was invited by the State University of New York, College at Brockport, Department of Business Administration and Economics as the only Bulgarian author of the book dedicated to development of franchising in Eastern and Central Europe. As a hereditary French speaking follower Aneta Nedyalkova also chooses jobs, which could be directly connected with France: works as a Director of Alliance Francaise in Varna, later as a Marketing Director and PR of French-Bulgarian company Lagard. In 2007 she establishes PR Agency Anettevents. Since the spring of 2010 she is a lecturer of PR in College of Tourism in Varna and Member of IPRA – the International Association of PR Professionals.
Currently is Chairman of the Board of Management of Bulgarian Trade Association of the Manufacturers and Operators in the Gaming Industry and Chief Executive Officer of Balkan gaming Expo. Also serves as C-level Officer of various operating companies in the Gaming Sector. He served as Chief Executive Officer of many local and international companies in the Insurance and Pension Funds Sector. Boris Nemec, M.Sc. bachelor degree in Physics and master's in Economics. In 1997 he joined Slovenian gaming giant HIT Slovenia, dealing with strategic studies in gaming, entertainment and tourism industry. He is IMGL and EASG member and for many years he represented Slovenian gaming industry in ECA. Member of strategic team at Ministry for Finance to prepare new Gaming Law to support generate big tourist gaming resorts in Slovenia. He took active part in working with leading universities and institutes dealing with gaming tourism industry issues. Recently he retired from Hit and act as an independent consultant for gaming industry.
Associate professor Borut Rončević, PhD., is a President of Slovenian Social Science Association since 2009, Director of University and Research Centre of Novo Mesto (Slovenia) since 2006 and Associate professor School of Advanced Social Studies in Nova Gorica and Faculty of Information Studies in Novo Mesto since 2007. He is active as a consultant at different levels, from local to national and international level. In 2003 he served as a consultant to Council of Europe on the topic of Mechanisms for Regional Co-operation in the Field of Employment Policy in Southeast Europe. He is author and co-author of 8 scientific monographs, 15 articles in peer reviewed journals and 17 chapters in edited volumes. His research interests are into Economic sociology and Social systems theory. This includes research on socio-cultural factors of development, mechanisms of steering societal development and social capital. He is also conducting research on embeddedness and social costs of gambling industry.

Establishes joint-venture with Novomatic from 1992 till 2000 and operates machines all over country. In 1994 he is starting the operation in Bingo sector, trained by Vaprel-Spain operating more bingo halls. From 2000, taking part in London shows-ICE, ATEI- and contacting most of the major producers for operating their machines. Danko Vojnovic, lawyer age 48 was born in Djakovc, Croatia, Europe. Lived and went to school in Osijek where finished faculty of law. Since 1985 worked in public service (police department/ criminality police). He also worked in Ministry of Foreign Affairs – diplomatic service as a counsel (diplomat – first secretary of Embassy) in Slovak Republic, Serbia and Montenegro. Born in Croatia in 1962, the study of Engineering in Agronomy finished at University of Osijek. His casino career started 20 years ago at position of craps dealer in the American Palace Laguna Casino at Poreć, Croatia. Afterward, he has spent 5 years at HIT Casinos Group in Slovenia, over 5 years at Casino Mulino (HR) and over 4 years as Managing Director of Royal Casino (HR). He has managed the Casino Cibalia of the Croatian Lottery in Vinkovci (HR) for about 3 years. Presently he is employed at the Croatian Lottery in Lottery Regional Office in Osijek.
Indrek Jürgenson joined Olympic Entertainment Group AS as Chief Information Officer at the 5th of May 2003. His responsibilty was to develop strategic competitive advantages and increase productivity of company employees by optimally applying the modern information technologies thus adding the business value. A lawyer at the Brussels bar since 1991, Jan Decorte has specialized in corporate law, mainly M&A and investment projects. He is also a “Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales” since 1998, which allowed him to practice in London and acquire an in-depth knowledge of Anglo-Saxon business law.
For many years now, Jan has developed a special interest in the media with special focus on Technologies Media & Telecommunication (TMT). Her duties include implementation and administration of the company's responsible gaming programs, as well as development of employee training and information technology to support the responsible gaming policy. She has been in this role since 2001. She has been with Harrah’s since 1997 and was previously the Senior Manager of Market Research. In addition to her role at Harrah’s, she serves on the board of directors of the National Center for Responsible Gaming, as the Treasurer for the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling, and on the Nevada Governor’s Problem Gambling Advisory Committee, serving as the Chair for the Sub-Committee on Problem Gambling Prevention. She earned a B.A. in English from Christian Brothers University, an M.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee, and attended law school at Louisiana State University.
Jordan Petrov graduated in 1991 as a Construction Designer. He has been working in the gaming industry since 1994, as a casino manager in Europe and Africa. Dr. Martin Lycka, LL.M. works in the Legal Department of Betfair from September 2009 focusing on EU and competition law as well as regulatory issues. Before joining Betfair Mr. Lycka worked with Clariant SA, Aliachem, a.s., The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and Salans Europe LLP. He graduated from the Charles University in Prague in 2008 and obtained a LL.M. degree at the College of Europe in 2009. Mirjana Acimovic was born in 1962. She graduated in The Faculty of Dramatic Arts - institution of higher education in theatre, film, radio and television in Serbia. And post graduated in Petrograd. Working experience: JAT- Yugoslav Aero Transport, BORBA – Yugoslavian leading newspaper in Serbia, INEX Inter – export Company, DIL Engineering, VIACOM Electronic. She worked as manager, journalist, export-import operator etc. Since 1992 as general manager in FUN CASINO. Since 2005 president of JAKTA -Association of gaming organizers, authorized technicians and producers of gaming equipment. She is fluent in English, France and Russian.
Since 1999 Milan Iliev works at Bulgarian State Commission on Gambling. He took part in a working group preparing the Gambling Law in 1999 and Gambling Law Draft during 2010. Until 1999 he was a Head of the laboratory “Gaming equipment testing” at the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance and an Auditor of accredited laboratories under ISO 9000 and EN 45000. His professional interests include study of Bulgarian and International legislation with regards to software copyrights used in gaming equipment and study on Internet Gambling – applicability, impact, effective control and other aspects.

In 1994 he joined the Tax Administration, reaching the position Head of Registration and Service of the taxpayers in Tax Administration General Department. To date, he is a Head of Control on Gambling activities department at the State Commission on Gambling.

Stocker II is a Chair of the Gaming Law Committee of the American Bar Association, the Immediate Past President of the International Masters of Gaming Law, and Member of Dickinson Wright PLLC in Lansing, Michigan. He has an international practice in gaming, regulatory, corporate and alternative insurance programs law. He is an adjunct professor at Cooley Law School, where he teaches gaming law, business planning and business organizations and received an award for excellence in teaching. Stocker has been listed in Chambers Global, Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers for his gaming law expertise. Tony Stoynov is Managing Director of Techno Design EOOD, which main activities are consulting, design and management of projects in the area of security and surveillance, automation and information technologies. Under his management and active involvement were developed and deployed many high technological hardware and software products in the medical and automation field, integrated security systems, specialty applications for control and other. Tamara Besednjak obtained a master’s degree in Intercultural Management at the School of Advanced Social Studies in 2008 in Nova Gorica where she works as a teaching assistant. During her master studies she spent a semestre at the Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland. Her master thesis was on the topic: ’Casino employees: Life and work in the middle of the game‘. In 2007 she took part in the research project of ‘Media freedom and the autonomy of the media space in the Republic of Slovenia’. In the same year, she carried out a survey on the work with young people in four major religious communities in Slovenia. In 2008 she participated at projects on media and gambling studies, conducted by the Faculty’s research team. Her researching interest is focused on cultural, European and gambling studies.
Prof. Tzvetan Tonchev was born in 1938 and is a graduate of University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria. He is a professor of science and read many lecturers in Russia, Germany, and USA. Since 1969 he works in tourism sector. 12 years he was a director of “Orbita”, 13 years he was Vice-president of Tourism Committee. Since 1992 T. Tonchev is a Chairman of Bulgarian Tourist Chamber.
Mr. Thanasis Tsatsoulis has been working in Club Hotel Casino Loutraki since its opening, in September 1995. During all these years he has gained vast experience in the sector since he has worked as a Dealer, Inspector, Assistant Pit Boss in Table Games and Slots Marketing Manager. Since, July 2005 he has been the Marketing Director of Club Hotel Casino Loutraki. He holds a B.Sc. and an MBA in Marketing & Advertising, from Kingston University of London.
Victor Andreev has recently joined Euro Games Technology as its Deputy Director Marketing & Sales. Before that he was in the banking business where he took different managerial positions. He is a sales management professional with broad and successful experience in product development & implementation, business-to-business sales, distributor network development, sales strategy, operations and processes, with international exposure, strategic thinking and business savvy. Within his prerogatives will be developing Sales Force Management - recruiting, training, developing, and motivating self-sustaining sales teams; managing countrywide field sales force; regional offices network development; Distributional Channel Management - developing strategic business alliances with distributors and business partners; agent’s and partners’ relationship management and Customer Relationship Management – developing systems and procedures for superior customer service and satisfaction.
Logadinov works in the sphere of advertising and design. Has an experience of more than 13 years in graphic design, visual communication and advertising. He worked as an Art Director in 3 international Advertising Agencies. In 2004 he establishes studio for Creative communication, where together with his team builds and consolidates brands in different market niches in all Media channels. Since 2007 he is a partner of Tri-de, company specializing in content and management for digital adverting – Digital Signage.
Yuri Rozental holds the position of Director European Marketing at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, USA. Previously he worked as Real Estate Developer in USA, Germany. He also worked in the research department in Firma Merz & Co in Germany.
