Roman Czubak is currently working as Head of Sales, CEE at NOVOMATIC AG. His 25 years’ gaming experience includes work for major operating companies, such as Casinos Austria International and Carnival Corporation, and later AGI, where he has worked in operations, technical support, sales (including system sales) and now R&D. His current responsibilities lie in product ownership, development and deployment. Roman is originally from Poland, he holds an MBA degree from the Open University, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.
